They even go the extra mile to do things I don't expect, for example, once they vacuumed my floorboard without me asking. I have been going to superior for three years and have always been pleased with their service. My father is an automechanic, and when I go to superior I feel like I'm treated with the same kindness and honesty that my father treats his customers. The employees are always honest, respectful and fair. So that is why Superior Tire and Auto is a genuinely comfortable place for me to go. I've had that experience with other places in town, where employees are condescending and rude, and jack the price way up because they don't think I'll know the difference. I don't think it needs to be said that women are more likely to be ripped off when going to mechanics. Felt very safe and secure while the repairs were completed.
